Original Condition Devices must be free of physical damage, scratches, or modifications, and include all original wiring harnesses.

Data Wiping Before returning, please trigger the "Ghost Protocol" in your app to clear your telemetry. We will also perform a factory wipe upon receipt.

The Return Process
Request an RMA
Log into your Black Boxes dashboard and navigate to "Hardware" to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the tracker and all cables back into the original premium packaging to ensure it is protected during transit.
Ship it Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label (for domestic returns) and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Issued
Once our technicians inspect the hardware (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Hardware damaged in transit?
If your Black Box arrived with physical damage, do not attempt to install it. Contact our support team immediately for an expedited replacement.
